GetYourBellyOut’s Adventure Weekend
We are thrilled to offer members of our GetYourBellyOut community the opportunity to join us for our first ever adventure weekend break!

Cost:
£150* for IBD’ers, £250 for any plus ones.
Cost includes:
Own room with en-suite, food and numerous activities.
Travel/transport:
Participants to make their own arrangements as not included in the price.
What’s involved?
Enjoy a weekend FULL of on site activities designed to push you outside of your comfort zone, build your confidence and encourage new friendships with likeminded individuals. From abseiling, zip wires, campfires and more – you are bound to have a great time amongst people who understand the challenges of living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. What’s more, all of your food and accommodation (each with its own private bathroom facilities) is included within the price. Do let us know if you are happy to share your accommodation as we are keen to cater to everyone’s individual needs.
Who can apply?
We have a limited number of heavily subsidised spaces available for people living with IBD as we know it can be challenging to find the funds due to ill-health. *We will be asking to see supporting documentation when applying for these subsidised spaces.
We also understand IBD affects the whole family, so you may like to bring a loved one along with you for moral support – whilst we are happy to accommodate a plus one, these additional attendees will be asked to pay more towards the cost of their subsidised stay. Details of which will be sent out with the application forms.
Good to know – As this is our first time hosting an event of this nature we are keen to capture this event on film for future promotional/ marketing purposes. It is therefore important you understand we will have a film crew in attendance throughout this event to capture photos and videos. This is something that has been taken into consideration when costing the event. So here is your chance to get a fun filled, action packed, activity weekend break for a bargain price whilst helping us shape future activities like this one for members of our GetYourBellyOut community.
All attendees must be over 18 years old and please be mindful this exciting event has only been made possible thanks to amazing community fundraising efforts and corporate sponsorship, which is support we are incredibly grateful of.
How to apply?
The application process is super easy, simply email us info@GetYourBellyOut.org.uk to let us know you are interested and we will send over an application form for you to fill out which details the cost and important dates you’ll need to put in the diary. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Your place is only secure once we have received your deposit, completed application form and any necessary supporting documentation.
