Is there a theme this year? There is no particular chosen theme this year for guests to follow, though for decoration purposes we’re hosting a World IBD Day themed ball.
Who can attend? We are a welcoming bunch and only ask attendees to support our initiatives. We actively encourage you to bring your friends, family and loved ones along – they are all very welcome to join us!
We ask that guests are 8+ and all attendees under 18 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult. If you have anyone under the age of 13 in your party please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Early bird saver rate ends in...
Don’t get me wrong there was nerves, anxiety in the build up and even on the journey but on arrival there was a warm embrace, a friendly smile and straight off you are made to feel welcome. Thank you for that opportunity and giving me friends that no matter what in life I can call friends unconditionally x’ – Kevin
A hot and cold buffet with a yummy desert, the menu has been designed with IBD and ostomate’s dietary requirements in mind. However if you do have any medical dietary requirements please email email@example.com
There will be a photo booth, our favourite DJ, dancing, a few thank yous, maybe a game or two and some extra surprises for you all to enjoy. Whilst there will be hundreds of bellies in attendance, don’t worry there are plenty of loos and a free cloakroom if you need to bring any extra bits with you.
Additional icebreaker social activity on Friday night (17th of May 2024) for party guests – £TBC
In addition to Saturday’s World IBD Day ball, we may host a heavily subsidised evening activity (i.e. bowling) should there be enough interest for guests who choose to stay the night before as a fun icebreaker and an opportunity to get to know one another. You must purchase Saturday’s party ticket before reserving your space on the coach for Friday night’s social activity. Spaces are limited so first come first served.
In previous years guests have chosen to stay the weekend with partygoers arriving at the hotel from the Friday.
***We strongly recommend you book your hotel accommodation early as the costs fluctuate/skyrocket as the date gets closer***
Previously parking at this hotel consists of a daily rate of £8:49 – this rate is only available if you pre-book 12 hours in advance of your arrival! Use code TRAVELODGE7
Please shop around for cheaper accommodation! Alternative nearby hotels would be Travelodge Yardley or Travelodge Solihull both of which have free parking. You might also like to consider renting on AirBnB if visiting as a group.
We can’t wait to make even more amazing memories with you all!
With special thanks to the hundreds of ‘bellies’ which turned out in support for GetYourBellyOut’s…
